Did your provider take Fundal height measurements

This is my 5th full term pregnancy. During each of my first four, my stomach would get measured for Fundal height, this happened for the pregnancy were care was done at a hospital and for my later pregnancies with care at home. This time I saw an ob for my first half of pregnancy and a midwife for my second half. Not once have I been measured. The ob office used a chart to “tell me” were I was but they used period date and a chart never an actual measurement. I was curious if Fundal height measurements are now an outdated practice?

Who got measured throughout their pregnancy? Who didn’t?
