Steri-strips? 4 days pp

Ok so I’m 4 days PP and while changing my mesh underwear in the hospital one of my c-section steri-strips got caught on my underwear and I accidentally ripped it off, when they discharged me from the hospital 2 days ago they did not say anything about it missing, but I’m afraid that my incision will come undone? Should I buy some strips and put it back on? Or leave it? Should I call my OBGYN and ask?
