CD 14 & 15 OPK

Hello! So I need help with my OPK So yesterday CD14 I took a test AM & PM The results for me are Close to peak but today I tested AM for CD15 the result is not darker than yesterday opk. WHAT IS THIS MEAN?? IS THERE IS A POSSIBLE THAT I ALREADY HIT MY PEAK YESTERDAY CD 14? My opk Photo below.
