My son has been 2 times already. He is due for a third, but I’m waiting a little until our covid cases drop a bit. I’m in Southern California, cases are up.

i’ve never brought her to the dentist office, my daughters godmother is a dentist, she’s look at her teeth to make sure everything is good. that’s about it.

i work at a dental office, i probably won’t take her until she’s about 3, unless i have concerns sooner

I’m honestly shocked on the results of this poll.

My ped recommended we wait until 6-8 months after the first tooth. He got his at 11.5 months. He still only has 11 teeth. 
My dentist said that the appointments before 3 are just for intervention purposes. They want to stress healthy habits like brushing, no milk at night, no pacis, etc. I kinda have put off going since it seems like a waste. We follow all the rules. I might take him once all this craziness disappears

We just went for the first time two weeks ago.

Our little girl goes every 6 months with me since she was 6 months, just to get her used to our dentist, the room, sounds. She even sits in the chair with me. And since she got her first teeth at 9 months he checks her mouth if she lets him. 
I’m petrified of the dentist and asked him how to help prevent my fighter fr also being uncomfortable as his suggestion was to bring her every time I go x
