How can I stop the post partum itching?!

I’m 2 weeks post partum with a 2nd degree tear and it’s soooo itchy right now!!! All I’ve been doing is using the peri bottle and a herbal spray. Is there anything I can use to control the itch?!

The hospital sent me home with a bunch of stuff but the one thing I loved the most (other than the peri bottle) was the dermoplast spray. One because it helped the pain, and two because it numbs everything down there. No pain, no itch, nothing. Absolutely lifesaver. Stitch itch sucks.

I will tell you, after a few days I HATED the dermoplast spray! It dried out my skin and made things hurt more. I threw it away and bought the Earth Mama perenial balm and it was like a 4000% improvement. Stopped pain, itching and didn't dry out my skin.
