spitting up after every feed?

my 7 week old just started spitting up after every feed, why!

I keep her sitting up for at least 30 minutes after each feed but she spits up as soon as I lay her down.

She’s EBF but we did try giving her some in a bottle with pace feeding and she still spit up!

She doesn’t seem in pain when she does, it just kind of rolls out of her mouth.

should i call her doctor? should i be concerned?
