Anyone know what this could be? I had some sort of heat rash and mastitis when I was breastfeeding but that was months ago, is this scaring cause I can’t exfoliate it?

Looks like you have tinea versicolor. It’s basically a overproduction of yeast on your skin. I had the same thing and I ended up going to the dermatologist. She ended up prescribing selenium sulfide and after the treatment it hasn’t been back since. It smells god awful but you’ll start seeing results in a couple of days.

It does look like a fungal infection. You could try putting Lotrimin on it, but I think you should probably see a doctor first.
