First time spotting?

Kinda nervous!

I think I’m just in my head. I wiped and my cm was a faint milky brown. My cramps have been a little more than normal. My symptoms have also subsided.

Last Friday at my first doctors appointment they did do a pap smear and trans vaginal ultrasound. But my cm was fine up until today. Am I just trippin’ or what 😭 early pregnancy is so scary. I’m 9 weeks today
