18 week movements....

I’m 18 weeks with my second and I still have yet to feel her moving. Is this normal? I started feeling my first consistently at 16 weeks. I was expecting to feel her by now. Especially bc it’s not my first pregnancy. I find heartbeat easily but can’t feel her at all!!
