This is going to be a little long but I could really use some insight on this!

My boyfriend and I have had sex a handful of times since we got together 4 years ago. We both still live at home and he’s been having lots of medical issues and has been in and out of the hospital for 2 years now.

Anyways, he’s been feeling better but today he just told me that every time after we have sex he gets super dry, itchy skin that sometimes cracks and bleeds. I’ve never experienced this, but this is my now second yeast infection I’ve had that has started a day after we’ve had sex.

He’s on TONS of very strong medication, some of which have been proven to cause yeast infections in women, but this doesn’t explain his reaction to me. If we use protection he gets this reaction below the condom where any fluids have touched, if we don’t use protection he gets this reaction all over his penis.

He just told me this, so I’m considering seeing a doctor but COVID will most likely delay any appointments.

Until then, any ideas??
