Lactating on my period?! Nipple discharge? Am I pregnant?

I’m almost done with my period and me and my bf have unprotected sex very often. Today I was just grabbing my boob as I tend to do for fun and I saw that something came out of my nipple I thought I was just seeing thing but when I wiped it was and squeezed it again it happened again and continues to happen. It’s white/clear almost like watered down milk. I’m just wondering what’s going on google wasn’t much help as usual it said I had cancer.
