Pregnancy after tubes being tied

Hi, does somebody have any personal experience with getting pregnant and carrying babies after tubal litigation?

I want to get pregnant and am hopeful that my tubes will/have either A)rejoined or B) I can have the tubes rejoined and be able to successfully conceive and carry babies full term naturally.

Any positive stories and /or real insight would be great!..
