What is this?
So Saturday afternoon I noticed a few bumps on my dd's cheek. I thought it was heat rash at first because we were outside & she fell asleep with her head on my chest and she started to sweat. Sunday evening I noticed the bumps were now on her arm. & Yesterday her cheeks started to get red as well. She doesn't seem bothered by it and she doesnt have a fever. Still eating and acting normal.. Does anyone know what this could be?
