So my cousins close friend went to be tested for covid 19 per a requirement from her job. Filled out all the paperwork and after waiting 5 hours in her car decided to leave and come back another day She was NEVER TESTED.

A couple of days later after still having not been tested got a call informing her she was positive for covid-19 and she and all her household were to quarantine.
