Difficulty doing No.2 on the toilet

Hello there beautiful mommy’s 🥰

I started training my 2 year old girl on using the toilet it’s been more than 1 month now and it’s like we never started.

She’s going to pee but if I didn’t take her or ask her to go to toilet she will never say she needs the toilet so i have to take here every 10 - 15 minutes.

I set with her in the toilet for more than 15 minutes and the moment we got out from the toilet she will do no. 2 on her self !

I’m really exhausted. And I’m actually a working mom and who’s baby sitting my girl when I’m at work will never take her to toilet and I asked them several times and its a diffident NO

so I don’t know what to do with her !
