Well, this sucks...I’m really upset and really confused

I am 8dpo (confirmed temping and peak opk, chart inserted below) and this morning I started spotting. I posted because I was confused and immediately thought implantation bleeding because my temps are still up even thoughI know it’s more myth than fact and is actually due to surges in hormones. Anyway, the bleeding has gotten significantly heavier with clotting so it’s 99% my period, just a super weird-colored, no temp-drop, and non-cramping period here 7 DAYS EARLIER THAN IT SHOULD BE!!!

I have a 12-13 day luteal phase and ALWAYS have a drop in temp two days before letting me know she’s on her way, so why all of a sudden on this one cycle is my luteal phase only 8 days? And what does that mean? Will it go back to normal this month? Why is my temp still elevated?

Anyway, has anyone had this happen to them? What was the result? Any wisdom or words of comfort would be greatly appreciated. Chart is below.
