4.5 weeks and I just wish my morning sickness would start

Strange eh? I want nothing more than morning sickness to start I had a previous loss and had no symptoms miscarried at 8 weeks gives me some hope that if I had morning sickness I might be able to calm my nerves a bit 💗💗💗 sent me lots of luck please
