This has never happened to me before with paragard. I had it from 2013-2019 with no problems (other than it did move slightly out of place). I Took it out to have a baby and put it back in after I gave birth.

So it’s been in since November 2019. I have had all consistent periods since starting on the 15th of every month lasting about 10 days.

This month I have not gotten a period and I am one week late now.

I took two home pregnancy tests which were both negative (taken three days apart - should I have waited longer..?)

I know the chances of pregnancy are super low but I’m just concerned... I’ve been very tired with sore boobs and slight cramping but it could just be a coincidence?

Thoughts??
