I literally sit with a hot water bottle and take some ibuprofen ( Advil ,Motrin, nurofen) which help with muscle pains and I also just try and fall asleep

I personally love to just sit in my bathtub, I like to fill it up a quarter way and then leave the shower head on so that I can still feel the warmth on my back from the filled up water but I still have enough room to breathe from the humidity of it all because it tends to get bothersome. Then I just use the shower head to kind of penetrate my lower stomach area and I just kind of doze off lol

Ibuprofen and a nice hot bath maybe a hot tea but don’t drink coffee
