Thawing Frozen Breast Milk Timing...

Hi all - FTM here and my baby is starting daycare next week (cue the tears over here...). I have some frozen breast milk that I plan to thaw and send with her on the first day. I’ve read that it takes ~12 hours to thaw frozen milk in the fridge and that you need to use the milk within 24 hours of it thawing. So... if I want to prep the bottles the night before daycare, would it work to put the frozen bags in the freezer at like 10 am on Sunday so that it’s finished thawing by 10 pm on Sunday and it all needs to be used or tossed by 10 pm Monday? Or is it better to just put the frozen milk in the fridge on Sunday night and then prep the bottles on Monday morning before daycare? If the 24 hours starts from when it finishes thawing then I would think it’s fine to put it in the fridge to thaw on Sunday morning but I’m not sure and I don’t want to unintentionally give LO spoiled milk....
