Implantation bleeding (TMI)

Hello according to the app I ovulated on 7/16/20 and I have been spotting since 3DPO and today I am 6DPO, AF is due on the 29th so I’m almost certain that this isn’t a period but I don’t wanna get my hopes high on the first day I had a very sharp pain of cramps but since then they have been mild an also come and go with lower back pain I have a photo of my discharge Sorry TMI but I need help in I Identifying implantation bleeding versus a menstrual And all three days it has been this color... I have two children already but since I’m TTC I never watched for any Symptoms of pregnancy or tracked my Af.... please anyone with advice help me.....
