Sorry if this has been asked already but I’m a first time mom so I don’t know what’s normal but my 7 week old is napping for 2-3 hour stretches during the day and only awake for about an hour in between when last week I couldn’t get her to nap at all. She’s really only awake for a diaper change and to nurse.

Is this due to a growth spurt? She doesn’t seem fussy when she is awake, she’s still alert and smiling.
