Activity Level
I am trying to accurately calculate how many calories i need to consume in order to lose weight and fuel my body. I know how to calculate my BMR, but it is the actvity level i’m not sure about.
So my physical activity for the week is I work out M-TH doing 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days set with about 6-8 exercises. My upper body days i’m lifting about 20-30lbs (i just started) and my lower body days 30-40lbs. Friday - Sunday I work as a server about 5 hours a shift.
Other than that, i don’t do much else. Should I just keep activity level to sedentary or should I do it to lightly active?
I am just worried about over eating and not losing weight, but im also worried about not giving my body enough nutrients. The goal is to lose 1.5lbs - 2lbs a week
I have lost weight before and just randomly set my calories to 1300. This has worked in the past, but for some reason this time around i haven’t been losing weight. Advice?
