Ladies, i need your help!!! Ive been going through a lot of stress lately, which hasnt been good for my skin. Due to covid, ive had to wear a mask like everyone else, so it has been rubbing along my jaw and chin/cheeks. I am currently going through the process of enlisting in the airforce, but covid delayed my process. My husband and I have just separated a couple weeks ago and will be filing for divorce. And of course my period.

With all this stress, i have been breaking out extremely bad. Ive never experienced this before. Usually only a few here and there around the time of my period. Im becoming very self conscious, i don't wear too much makeup and i know just covering wont help

Please, what helps you clear up your face.
