Bumps on forehead

Tonight out of nowhere (I did not eat anything in 2 hours ) my scalp started to itch but somewhat burning . I did feel lump or 2. I have no lice but dandruff (my hair is bleached/dyed, got it done almost 2 months ago). I also started breaking out on my forhead (skin colored and some red). It isn't like acne. If my camera wasn't messed up I'd take a picture. It isn't horroribly noticeable but it did feel like a burning sensation as well and just itchy. My eyes started to water and burn too but that went away. What could this be? I have no other symptoms.
