first time trying vitex???

okaay, so i recently ordered vitex gaia brand i've been ttc for 4years n im kinda nervous but its worth a try please comment down what your thoughts are and your success & follow ill keep you girls updated 🤍🤍

Made my cycles late by 85 days each month a trier vitex! I am irregular but taking vitex for four months before each month they where late by 85 days. Stoped it right away and cycles weren’t as long. Didn’t do anything for cm or ovulation. That’s just me for some it works for some it don’t also DO NOT take it if you are regular and ovulate. You will need to be taking at least 1050-2000mg a day of vitex.

I’m just starting month two. I was taking 400mg once a day every day minus my period days. 
Not pregnant yet, but before Vitex my luteal phase was only 8 days where now I spot very lightly on 10-11 dpo, with my period coming on 12dpo. (I usually ovulate on CD 18/19 out of a 28/30 day cycle). 
As far as I can tell, I’m successfully ovulating every month...I also got my thyroid levels checked recently and they are good as well. So it’s frustrating that my luteal phase is the only thing that’s short. My OBGYN will not test my hormones under 6 months of ttc. 
This month I’m going to up my dosage to 2 pills a day (800mg a day total) and see what happens 🤷🏻‍♀️
