Ovulation

I am ovulating and I have pain in my left side and back. (It is uncomfortable!) However today I felt out of the norms like I had a random burst of energy. ( could it be hormones?) Anyway further into the day it was bed time and I go to lay down and it hurt to lay on my belly or on my left side. Also, me and my part attempted to conceive day before the peak of my ovulation.

Anything I can do to soothe pain?

I’ve taken Tylenol pm and I’ve drank more water/fluids.
