Where does baby sleep?

Just curious as to where everyone has their baby sleeping, we just hit 2 months old and my husband wants to move him into his crib. The baby’s room is directly across the hall with a crib and baby monitor but I’m not sure I’m ready for that!

I've read that sleeping in the same room helps reduce risk of SIDS, and that pretty much made the decision for me.

Babe and I cosleep in the living room until I can get her to use the bassinet (which may be never) or hubby will never get sleep before work.

Baby is in our room until about 4 months or so. 
We moved my oldest around that time, but honestly when the regression hit she ended up in our bed A LOT until it was over. We’ll have to see how this baby handles the regression 😅

Typically she sleeps in a bassinet as close to me as I can get her without being in my bed (had a very vivid nightmare of my first born being smothered so I won’t risk it, no judgement to anyone who does have baby in their beds), she will be in our room until she is around 6-8 months old. Currently however she is sleeping in her swing in the living room with me on a air mattress next to her so she can be propped due to severe acid reflux and a milk allergy that threw off her belly, this will be until we get her adjusted to her new formula, probiotics and the meds even out for her.

Baby sleeps in our room. But we don’t cosleep. I did that with my oldest because we breastfed and he would breastfeed alL night long and i promised myself I wouldn’t do that again.. its harder because I get much less sleep
Not cosleeping but I know it will be worth it in the end not having to get him to sleep in his own bed...

She sleeps in a bassinet next to our bed. She will be there until she sleeps through the night with some regularity OR until I return to work, whichever comes first. She already takes naps in her crib, so we are not worried about having her sleep in there. My husband is a light sleeper who works the early early morning hours, so having her in her own room as soon as we are comfortable is definitely something we are both looking forward to.

My baby sleeps in a bassinet next to my bed. Soon as he hits 3 months we will be moving him to his own room. I did the same with my first son.

He’s in our room in a bassinet and will be until he’s one.  My daughter was also in our room until she was one.
