Lochia or period?

Anyone else get their period already? My bleeding cleared up pretty much by 2 weeks and I had mild to none with lochia up until last week at 6 weeks and then the blood started to come back but more gooey. Then yesterday and today I have more bright red bleeding and not as much lochia. My hormones are a bit crazy and I’ve been having weird skin and stomach issues but no cramps or anything like my normal period.

I just had my PP exam today and started bleeding yesterday bright red with the occasional cramps, she told me it was my period. I stopped bleeding after about 2 weeks after giving birth.

I d locha for 40 days then sumthing likr periods happened yesterday there was nthing today again bright red bleeding with clots is here....
Have severe pain in pelvis.... idk what to do

Mine came back at 5 weeks pp it was heavier then my usual period pre baby but only lasted about 4 days.

Ugh I’m wondering if mine is about to come on. I’m 7 weeks pp today and the last two times I wiped after I peed looked like a mix of lochia and old blood.  I stopped bleeding between 3 & 4 weeks. I had sex for the first time last night and I wonder if that has anything to do with it.  With my daughter I got it at 10 weeks pp and I breastfeed her and pumped way less than I do now.
