Trying to conceive after coming off of the Depo-Provera shot
I'm 30 years old and was on the Depo for about 2 and a half years on and off. I have only had a hand full of menstrual cycles in those years while on the shot. I was supposed to get the shot in June but opted out to try to have a baby. Any advise is appreciated🙂
