Is brown discharge still your period ?

So you know how you put how many days your period last well I have it as 5 days but am I also suppose to log the days I have the brown discharge or only when I have blood ?

Answer

Technically no it does not count as a period. But depending on if you’re on birth control or not, it could be what your body is replacing your period with. It’s all kind of confusing tbh and depends on many factors. I work in OBGYN.
