Bad constipation and constant kicking

I’ve been feeling the need to badly poo for three day’s now tmi but today I actually got my partner to try and pull it out of me and he says he got it all and there’s none left but it still feels like it’s there and there is so much pressure and my son who is nearly 25 weeks is now constantly kicking in my stomach and I always feel nauseous?

Try colace. I've been dealing with this my entire pregnancy. It's pricey but it does work. You may have to take it a few days in a row. And drink lots and lots pf water. Colace is safe while pregnant

As for the nausea get your dr to write phenagran/promethazine it will make you sleepy but it will also make you hungry and will get rid of the nausea. Also this next statement is referring to the last comment i made.  If it doesn't feel like the poop is all the way out you may be getting a hemroid. I kept feel like mine wasn't all the way out. For weeks. Then finally a hemroid popped up. 1st hemroid in my life! You are more Likely to get them while pregnant. Nothing helped the roid. I had to get some samples from the OB
