Period cramps 3rd trimester?

I just ask you guys everything because I like this group better then my september one 😅
Anyways, I'm 32 weeks pregnant and ive had terrible period like cramps all day. I never went into labor with my june bug or had braxton hicks or anything. So idk if this is normal or not lol.

Almost 32 weeks too and I have been having period cramps on and off for the past week. I went into labor naturally with both my previous babes and labor always started with period like cramps. As long as they aren’t consistent and aren’t accompanied by bleeding or leaking, you’re most likely fine. Try hydrating and relaxing, I find that when I drink loads of water and lay down, the cramping stops. If you’re super concerned or worried, call L&D. Congrats mama, we’re almost there 😬

Braxton Hicks feels like period cramps that come and go. Just keep an eye out. If you’re worried, you can always call your doctor.

Also up your water intake and try to sit with your feet up for a bit as that can really help lessen their severity
