I know breastfed babies can have huge runny poops. But please tell me this is normal and not diarrhea. She gets 2 this kinda poos everyday and another 2 kinda less runng smallish poo in a day. She is usually very fussy and squirmy before a poo like this and she is very gassy! She passes wind from her bottom for 3-4 hours leading upto a poo like this.

I am on antibiotics (just finished 5 day course) for gingival infection. Thats why i am worried if this could be due to the antibiotics or is this normal watery breastfeeding poo!!
