Iui with meds cold sore?

I am having an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">Iui</a> with Clomid Gonal-F shots and trigger shot

The trigger shot is called ovidril

For my one who gets cold sores and has done an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> like this,... Do these hormone medications trigger them??
