Personally I didn’t avoid anything and she loves to eat anything now and for a long time her favorite thing was raw onions I never ate them but her palate for taste is awesome compared to my other formula baby he is sooo picky

Jerk spice is the only thing that has bothered my baby but it bothered me too so I think it may have just been that particular dish.

Never avoided anything. And even if my kids reacted to anything, that doesn't mean your would. So it's all trial and error.

With my first born she would get bad wind if I ate anything gassy, green veg like broccoli, spinach, etc. Onions too, and any kind of bean/lentil. If I ate too much dairy it would make her sick too. I thought I was really clever batch cooking lots of meals before I had her but I couldn’t eat them in the end as they were all too gassy for her! 😂 This time round I’ve made meals that don’t have anything like that in them, so hopefully this babies tummy will be ok.

It’s kind of just trial and error to see what will bother your baby. Typically anything that can cause you a belly ache can also cause one for your baby. Beans, broccoli, tomato sauce etc but not everything will bother your baby. You kind of just have to trial and error it to figure it out.
