Has anyone had a patch of Petechiae?

What is it from? I need advice.

My petechia is a result of ITP - an autoimmune blood disorder. I have low platelets and it causes petechia along with other bruising and random bleeding.

For years I have gotten it on my forearm, the same exact place and had no idea why, until last month!  If I fall asleep on my arm and my arm falls asleep I get it without fail, every time

My son used to get them after his epic tantrums. It's tiny burst blood vessels either from straining or screaming or crying.
