Food for toddlers and adults?

I have an almost one years old and a two years old and they only want to eat non-sticky things. I dont have the energy to cook several meals, so I always eat what they are eating, but it's so boring. I can't have any stews, casseroles, melted cheese, creamy sauces etc. I need some ideas on food that would please both my toddlers and me.
