Carpal tunnel/numb arms
Anybody have any tips on what to do to help the carpal tunnel/arm numbness? Mostly happens at night, currently 28 weeks and very uncomfortable. MD says there’s not much you can do about it because the numbness is up to my shoulders? Anybody else have this?
