Need help reading bbt chart

Hello all, I have very long cycle (35-40) and charting first time. It appears I am 10dpo. Can the bbt chart below tells anything? I don’t know much how to read it.

I did look online to see how to read but could not match this pattern with any of the examples usually explained.
