High fsh levels

Anyone here have had successful iui on fsh level of 11.5 to 13?

I am on my 2nd iui and today is 10 dpiui... not feeling anything... I know I should wait until my af shows up but I know in my heart that this iui didn’t work as well.

What should I do? Should I just give up on iuis and go for ivf?

Our insurance does not include ivf treatments. We will have to pay from pocket which is not possible right now.

I am 34 years old and I know I have a small window.
