Weird Discharge?!

So today while peeing, I wipe and find this odd discharge on the paper. It wasn’t slimey but hard like tissue, fatty almost. It wasn’t bloody but had blood in it almost like blood vessels?

I’ve never seen anything like it and was curious if anyone else has experienced anything like this or had something similar and knows what it could be?

I had a baby 7 months ago, have an IUD with irregular periods and am 16 days late.
