Depending on your location, you have to go through the courts to become emancipated otherwise you’ll run into many situations that require parent permission / signature that you won’t have.

Where you getting rent money? Have you a job have you budget for rent phone bill tv bill food bill electric bills and heating bills. Do you drive have you got enough money to spend on transport. Have you savings for emergency. Are you in school/college?

I moved out at 17 due to being in an abusive household. 
I’m not going to sugar coat it, it’s going to suck for the first little while. You need to bust your ass working and saving your money for at least 6 months before moving out - you literally won’t survive financially otherwise. Find roommates (people you know, since you’re so young) to split rent with or someplace cheap enough to afford on your own, but this is a lot harder.

I moved out at 17 as soon as I graduated for an apartment with my then bf. I honestly don’t remember too much about the process , he likely was the one who signed the lease as he was 19. But I was working since 15 so
I saved my paychecks and got some money from graduation and then got a job quick when I moved and it all worked out. Get used stuff to start with, household stuff can add up. You’d be surprised how much pots and pans and all that costs and they are needed but thrift stores like goodwill have all you need. If you don’t have a job already you need one ASAP. Doesn’t matter if it’s McDonald’s or what just get a job and keep it till you find one you like better. Don’t quit it till you have a new one lined up or you’ll screw your self with bills. Try to find a place that has everything included especially heat and electric for a first apartment. When you’re making more money you can find a better place after a year. I was 17 working and going to college and I was able to do it with my bfs help but doing it alone will be tough. What state do you live in?
