I’ve been given an opportunity to move out of the town where I grew up within the next couple of years. I want to, so bad, but at the same time I can’t see myself leaving. I know these streets like the back of my hand. We’re on the coast, which I do like, most of the time. It’s a military area too, and it’s so diverse here, which is awesome. But, there’s no opportunity to advance here. Neither my fiancé or I will be able to be as successful as we can possibly be if we stay here our whole lives. The cost of living is half decent here, and where we’re moving is WAY higher. But, the opportunity to make more money is available if we move. Unfortunately it’s not a small move, so I wouldn’t be able to just drive back if I wanted to. I mean, I could, but it would take a few days. We’d be moving from North Carolina to Minnesota, which are just sooooooo different.

I guess I’m just wondering, if you moved out of the place where you grew up, was it worth it?
