I think I started pumping to early

Baby is 6 days old today and when my milk came in for her, both my breasts were so engorged and I developed a clogged duct on my right breast by day four and my left breast hurt so bad when she sucked so I told lactation about it and she said to try pumping and I think that was a mistake. I don’t know what I’m doing and now I’ve started pumping and I don’t want to do this anymore. I just want to breastfeed and I don’t know how to wean off the pump.

Plus on top of it, I’m afraid she isn’t draining the milk from a feeding and leaving my breast still full (which is what I think caused the clogged duct.)

Ugh guys, I’m so lost and need help with this.

Any advice? 😓
