24 weeks pregnant Cramps/ Heavy Feeling...

Hi everyone,

I’m getting some weird pinching cramping inside my vagina as well as this heavy feeling very low.

Doctor let me know to tell her if these become more regular but I’m wondering if any of you experience this feeling?

They seemed concerned but didn’t really say much of what it could mean, I want to assume everything I feel is Braxton Hicks. But this is my first pregnancy and I have no idea what is “normal”, and what is “concerning”.

Any stories you’ve experienced will be helpful!!
