Getting overwhelmed with the process
Does anybody else feel like this?
We had the clinic paperwork arrive today and just reading it has me in tears.
Yes I'm happy that we're starting it all but I'm so scared of the possibility of it not being successful.
One bit that really got to me was all the consent forms for embryo storage, consent for research and welfare of the child forms. It hurts that my husband and I (as well as all of us having to go through assisted fertility) have to jump through all these hoops just to have a chance to have a child.
There are so many people out there that don't appreciate the children they have and who have no concept of the struggle we face!
