Follicular phase longer now! Better, right??
Ever since I started tracking my ovulation (OPKs) I realized how *off* all of my apps were. Then I noticed how early I ovulated, which of course happens as we age. *womp womp* The first month I ovulated 7 days after AF, next month was 8 days later, this cycle was 9 days (cycle day 14). I seriously think it might be due to taking CoQ10 which is supposed to be for egg health (and a ton of other things). Anyone else notice a change in their ovulation dates while taking supplements? I figure the later I ovulate, the better. Right? 🤷♀️ I thought I read (somewhere) that the closer you ovulate to day 14 the better. Am I counting this right?? 🤔
I’ve recently added a bunch of other things (supplements, castor oil packs, etc.) too, but nothing that I could see extending my follicular phase.
