So, I'm due with our second girl in 10 days. We've been struggling with names this entire time, but finally landed on a name we both like with a bit of meaning. 
My name is Kaela and my bf's name is Branden, so we combined our names for this babies name but we cannot agree on how to spell it. 
Although it's a mash up name, I dont want it to look "made up" and feel like I'm overthinking how the name looks. 
So, which would you choose? 
Middle name will most likely be Syrah, no matter which spelling we go with.

Kaden Kayden or Caden are all good choices. 
And yes you can use a C. Letters don't have genders. K's aren't "more feminine" and C's aren't "more masculine". Letters are letters. They cannot be genderized.
