So I'm a teacher at a daycare, I teach 2 and a half year olds. I had a kid in my class who's parents are divorced. His dad, who's 33, came to pick him up ever Wednesday but when he would come he was always flirt with me in a G-rated way so I didn't really mind. He was say that I looked good today and little stuff like that. The thing is I'm only 21. Now his ex-wife pulled the kid out of the daycare, not because she knew we were flirting but she put him in another daycare closer to her house. Now when I see that kid's dad around town, we live in the same town, he flirts with me a lot more and has asked to go out. I just don't really know what to do. I do like him, a lot actually, but my boss would most likely get pissed if she found out and probably fire me and my family would not approve.
